A lot Chinese Citizen born in Vietnam and back to China in 1978. They not able to get any identification from Vietnam local government. Also there is no record can be found in local government. Due to its historical history. Those who unable to prove birth certificate from Vietnam can't come to US reunion that's really inhuman. My father born in 1950 and back to china in 1978. He required to summit birth certificate from Vietnam before send him visa. Do u know how is the world 60yrs ago in Vietnam? Do u think they have computer at that time? Pls pls let my father come.
