请求美国国土局检察院调查 中国山东省烟台市牟平区大窑镇李家庄村村长曲忠全破坏侵占集体耕地，非法建楼销售，总计50亩。

山东省烟台市牟平区大窑镇李家庄村曲忠全担任村长期间侵占破坏集体土地。2005年挖土卖泥3万多立方米，破坏耕地4亩。2006年修建个人使用大型停车场，破坏耕地18亩。 2009年-2010经过我们多次举报上访至市级国土部门。曲忠全收到行政处罚，但是没有按照法律规定被移交到司法部门。2011年曲忠全又继续破坏20多亩耕地建了6栋楼房用于销售非法获利。根据线人举报，曲还想继续破坏10亩耕地用于别墅建设。我们多次向相关部门投诉，但是曲都得不到相应法律制裁。请求世界华人同胞和世界人民给曲以谴责，并督促相关部门依法办事。
