Only allow 1 item on each bill, this nonsense of having to accept one good thing for the people with 2 bad hidden in the 300 page manuscripts is nonsense. The whole fiscal cliff fiasco could be avoided if it wasn't one bill that included tax increases and spending cuts and god knows what else hidden in there to pad someone else's pockets. Vote on each thing individually as it should be.
