1 CENT Texting Tax to Reduce National Deficit

Created by C.M. on January 08, 2013

We the people propose a 1 CENT nation wide tax to be levied on each and every individual texting message sent by means of any cellular capable device, to be applied directly to the reduction of the national deficit. The goal is to reduce the national deficit of some 16.4 trillion dollars, while at the same time encourage sensible use of texting services and encouraging the public safety while performing such activities.
