Postal costs are out of of control. Action is needed. Close and consolidate inefficient post offices. Eliminate Saturday mail delivery. Increase junk mail postage fees. Eliminate free mailings for members of Congress or make them pay from campaign contributions. Post costs have to be brought under control.
