The petition has the goals of:
3) Address the rampant and serial corruption that caused the Flint water crisis
2) Provide economic relief and stimulus to Flint residents by PERMANENTLY cancelling all due and past due water bills until the water crisis has ended with all water bills starting at ZERO upon federal and private certification of the water being safe to consume.
1) President Obama to address the issue at a CITIZEN led Town Hall on site in Flint.
For Ford, GM, and Chrysler to convene an BLUE
A) RIBBON PANEL consisting of their executives, experts, and community leaders which will:
Issue a WHITE PAPER on the circumstances that led to the Flint debacle.
B) Provide an economic plan that provides a "work out" rather than a bailout for Flint and other cities in Michigan.
