This is a 2-part Petition:
First, REDUCE number of Signors needed to Promote new Petition into Public-Visibility to 100, so that More new Petitions can become available to Consider & Sign;
Next, ASK folks to RATE movies at IMDB.COM according to the HUMAN WARMTH or VIOLENCE of the movie's Content; ie:
a. RATE the movie HIGH if it gives promotes Human Warmth; OR
b. RATE the movie LOW if it contains Unnecessary VIOLENCE.
Help make it Easier for Others, to choose WARM films &
also make it Harder for Others to choose VIOLENT ones
...by letting people's Ratings guide others, & - hopefully - add a bit of Social Peer Pressure via IMDB.com Ratings
