1. Grant every (non crime committing) immigrant citizenship. Which makes them tax payers. Make visa process achievable! At the moment there is not a process for Mexican immigrants to "wait in line" to get a visa to come to the usa. They are only rarely granted work and marriage visas. Also, by doing this it will stop 75% of the money that Mexicans are sending out of the country on a daily basis. It will be a "win-win" situation for everyone.
