1. Limit terms on congress and senate bodies & require budgets to be annually passed for gov /legislative bodies.

If congress knew they only had six yrs to make a difference in there government i feel more action would accure. Old minds guarantee old thinking. New minds demand change, allow creatvity. Congress need to function better not tax more. Cruption equallys chaos. And we have that going on in our government. We the People need to stand up and be heard. Because without us big business and their lobbyists dont get paid. We are the consumers. We are the power that changes government. Examples: Congress and senate members should not be allowed to vote for their own pay increases on themselves. That should be left up to the president. Or even on a smaller level their state bodies by vote. If your doing a good job for your state the ppl will see it and will say yes or vote no.
