No more kicking the (oil) can down the road. Use Keystone XL as a statement. Here is another way to put it:
1. Tax the tar sands.
2. Use the money to change our oil-economy to a clean-energy economy.
3. Hire lots of Americans to build it.
This is the moment to show the world we can lead on big problems. We can do it!
