1) Only allow Billion and Million aires to only have a limit of 50 million. If they disagree they are domestic enemies.

Cause, of the struggle for equality and a better life for all of Humanity, I feel that my petition is to better the economy and better way of life for, all of Mankind through out the world. Any one making or having more than 50 million should be the limit that a single family can have, the rest belongs to the government or to the people that helped to amass such a great fortune for them, without the people they would of not even had 1 million to begin with. Being selfish and ungrateful to the people that got them there is very sinful and not forgiven by God. Like our Lord, Jesus Christ once said, " It is easier for a camel to go through then eye of a needle than for a selfish and ungreatful rich person to enter into the Kingdom of God." Anyone that disagrees with this is truly inhumane.
