Police, public/private security firms, NRA and youth leadership programs collectively formulate a long lasting solution for violence in USA. Media raise awareness about violent movies and games. Medical/academics/government-look into youth psychological state of mind. Legislative/executive branch establish laws to address prevention towards youth violence along with a 24-member commission by US President to ensure timely implementation
