2- If someone in the household had been prescripted antidepressant or controlled substances for behavioral treatment, including the gun owner, the right to have a gun will be SUSPENDED or cancelled.

5- Only at shooting range facilities will be allowed to purchase and use MORE AMMO.

8- Parents of minors who conduct acts of violence involving guns will be prosecuted for NEGLIGENT PARENTHOOD
9- 30 days to ALL ABIDE by the new rules or return their weapons purchased legally
