Employers should be allowed to only go back 10 years on a felony background check. There is no reform when an ex felon can't obtain gainful employment. This causes a cycle of repeat offenders. Give ex felons the resources to prove themselves as a productive citizen. Many employers will not even hire you with a felony this should be unlawful. Where is the reform at. The prison system is to provide if you cant work you cant live and if you cant live you turn to crime. This needs adddressed.
