I am petitioning for the full disclosure of data mining practices by SmartTech providers such as carrier (AT&T, etc.), OS developers (Google android, Apple iOS, & Microsoft Windows), and app developers of preinstalled/downloaded apps. A law not allowing the data mining of children under 18. Disclosure on how personal /professional info (data mined) is used, shared, sold, purchased, and aggregated. Disclosure of application permission statements that are not published in T&Cs, privacy policies, and end user licensing agreements for connected (Internet, Wi-Fi, NFC, WIMAX, LTE, etc.) SmartTech products & services. Products include smartphones, PCs, Lap Top PCs, Tablet PCs, Wearable Technology, connected automobiles, or any app supported product. The right to uninstall any preinstalled app.
