For a 100% voter turnout we need more time to vote. A penalty for the people that choose to live here but choose to hurt America by not voting. This year Texas had a 33.6% turnout how is that just and is American democracy working with out a 100% voter turnout? And if you don't like any of the candidates there should be a box to mark saying that as your vote.
