The $ 1.00 a week plan. Create a Minimum Tax for All Americans with a Job or on Assistance to Pay.

In an effort to Level the playing field, I propose a minimum tax to be payed by all Americans over 18 with a job, or on assistance. This scale gets progressively steeper, but starts at a dollar a week, after any and all deductions, everyone will at least pay a dollar a week. This ensures that every working American is paying toward the support of the Federal Government, its programs, infrastructure support, Defense costs etc.
