"No action shall be made against a group of people, whether that group be race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or religion. Action may only take place on individuals that pose a threat to safety."
That is my idea for the 11th Amendment. I believe this new amendment is a good idea because it applies to everyone. It will protect people from government/police/ect. action that discriminates them because of the group they are in. This new amendment will prevent mistakes that have been made in the past and bring the United States further into the future.
