The maximum salary for any government employee should be 150,000/year. This includes all employees in all branches of government including the president, house of congress members etc. All employees currently receiving a compensation greater than 150,000/year will have their salaries reduced to 150,000. Leftover money will be used to hire more government employees- teachers, police officers, firefighters, forest rangers etc.
