(1) When USA magaznines such as Proceeding of IEEE, IEEE Transactions of Neural Networks ,Pattern Recognition Letters, and academic institution like UCSD are racially biased, and violate the fundamental human rights, I would like to know how President Obama can make corrections?(2)When I swear in USA Constitution in 1988, that was a bilateral contract between us and USA government. However, when USA government unitarily destroys the contract, where is my human right?
