2 YEAR waiting time from SSD entitlement date to receive medicare - for disabled citizens this could be a death sentence

2 year waiting time to receive medical coverage for those citizens that worked all their lives is too long. Disabled citizens deserve enrollment into MEDICARE within a reasonable time frame. HOW AND WHY DOES OUR GOVERNMENT VIEW A 2 YEAR WAIT FOR OUR SICK TO RECEIVE DECENT MEDICAL COVERAGE AS REASONABLE?! Medicare should & must be made available from the S.S.D. entitlement date.
