2012 ballot questions:
If the President orders a committee to resolve an issue by a certain date and they fail, the President has the right to exercise executive power to decide the issue. (Refer to 2011 Super Committee failure)
All Congressmen to be limited to two terms in office by federal law.
All Congressmen must participate in the Social Security system. Their retirement funds must be moved into same system. Congressmen can buy additional private retirement plans.
Congress can no longer vote themselves a pay raise. They will receive compensation at the lower of CPI or 3%.
Congress must participate in the same health care system as the American people: Medicare, state health insurance or Obama's plan.
Congress must abide by all laws imposed on the U.S. public.
