2013 American Second Chance Act

This is a petition for many Americans that have been convicted of a crime, and who have changed their lives, but cannot obtain a job because they may have a past criminal record. There are so many Americans, that have made a mistake in life, but do they haft to suffer for the rest of there lives? These people can add to getting our economy back booming again. There are Americans commiting suicide and turning to drugs, because no one will hire them. Are we not a forgiving country? Are we all without sin? Let's unite and bring this to our federal government's attention. The states are not willing to budge let's help people that want help! Before they rotate through a revolving door called prison, all because some cannot get a job.
