Issue an Executive Order that raises income taxes on Americans earning $100,000 or more and maintain reasonable tax rates on Americans earning less than $99,999.99. Social Security benefits should NOT be changed as Americans have paid for this out of their own earnings and it has nothing to do with taxation.
