By 2016 remove all prisoners at Guantanamo Bay try prisoners release all innocent prisoners give back Guantanamo to Cuba

I want President Obama, by any means necessary to remove all prisoners held at Guantanamo by the end of his term. I want all the prisoners accused of crimes to be tried and all prisoners who are innocent or found innocent to be released immediately and if no country will take them, then they should be given US citizenship immediately. Also all property held by the United States in Cuba should be returned to Cuba with no conditions. There should be no United States prisons like Guantanamo Bay overseas.
