In light of gun violence at local high schools in Miami, I propose that the federal government act by raising the legal age of owning a gun to 21. This law is already in place in some states but by making it national policy it would do a lot to keep guns out of high schools. The legal age to drink is 21, why not make it the same to own a gun?
