22 Years for intent vs. 5 years for manslaughter....What is considered fair

This petition is important for several reasons number one It separates families, it does not help our women or men to get or keep jobs: I'm not saying that they should get a slap on the wrist what I am saying is fully rehabilitate these folks instead of just locking them up it"s a reason they sold drugs lack of education, knowledge.and mostly broken homes ,It also does not seem fair that someone can actually kill someone and serve a sentence less than what drug dealers serve and look at the non violent offenders where is the justice in it all I just need more people to believe in what is right and what is wrong I chose the title 22 years because my fiance is serving a sentence that I feel was more then harsh it was not even giving him a chance to be in his children's life.
