Section 1. No privatization of congressional powers. Section 2. The Congress shall order the Bureau of Engraving and printing United States Department of the Treasury, to maintain currency for the Congressional Budget. Section 3. The Congress shall establish Banks to extend interest-free loans, with no charge or fee to United States citizens. Others shall be charged interest and fees. Section 4. The Congress shall establish public view forums for candidates to any office of public trust under the United States. No private person shall be contributory. Section 5. The Congress shall establish Hospitals, and extend medical and optical and psychiatric and dentistry services and medication to the public without compensation.
