Section 8. The Senators and Representatives and the members of all the state legislatures and executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and all of the states bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution. Shall not make or enforce any law contrary to this Constitution. Said shall be impeached. If found guilty a sentence of twenty years incarceration and may not hold any position of public trust thereafter. Section 9. The judges of the Supreme Court shall have a term of four years and shall not be appointed more than twice.
