Amendment XXVIII
Citizens who wish to run for federal office shall be limited to campaign contributions from individual voters. Individual contribution limits shall be determined by Congress but shall not exceed what the common citizen can afford to ensure equal representation. Funding of election campaigns from corporations, political action committees, political parties, or any other special interest groups shall be strictly prohibited. Campaign funding shall be defined as any contributions that are used to canvass on behalf of a particular candidate (advertisements, billboards, paid staff, etc.).
