Tax credit of $2000 per employee to any company employing an American citizen FT and at a wage of >$23,050 (fed poverty level for wage earner with family of four). No max credit - companies will receive $2000 for every one of their employees who meet the FT income requirements.
Proposed cost offsets - close corporate tax loopholes and accounting practices that incent offshoring employment.
