This petition pertains to the nature in which the God Given right of the 2nd. Amendment is perceived by those who are tasked with Governance. We the People do request that the United States Government acknowledge that the primary purpose of the 2nd. Amendment is not for hunting or sport. We do hereby request that it be acknowledged that the primary intent of the 2nd. Amendment is to protect ones self and loved ones against violent attack; to repel foreign invasions as free men acting of their own accord; and to stand in defiance against a tyrannical Government who would seek to violate our trust and deny us civil liberties they are bound to protect.
