2nd Amendment Federal Constitutional Carrying a Concealed Weapon Law, encompassing all 50 States.

Created by J.H. on October 02, 2011

To support, protect and enforce our 2nd Amendment right of the people to keep and bear arms, specifically in reference to Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
Although 49 States currently have laws allowing law abiding citizens to exercise their 2nd Amendment right, one State remains defiant and several states are still restrictive with "may issue" laws. Currently 'H.R. 822, the National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011' is before congress to allow current CCW permit holders to travel across state lines. This bill is an important step to protect our 2nd Amendment right but does not address the importance of all 50 States recognizing "the right of the people to keep and bear arms".
