This new law will guarantee that no one including the President could overthrow and/or dictate the 2nd amendment at anytime nor for any reason. Thus guaranteeing our right to keep and bear arms will never be at risk of being taken away and/or dictated. Also if any person of authority and/or civilian violates one's right to 2nd amendment there will be a minimum of a 2 year prison sentence guaranteed including the president, but if the President does violate the 2nd amendment then on top of mandatory prison sentence he or she will also be impeached immediately along with all finances, properties, titles, and authorities stripped away for ever. By doing this will reserve the right to hunt, self/family defense, and sport shooting.
