No elected member of Government, shell set on, head or be part of a department or comity of government nor chair a department or comity of government that they're personal religious beliefs conflict with. all elected Members of the federal government must take an oath for a complete Separation of Church and state for the protection of all faith groups. If an elected member is found to have placed they Religious beliefs above the entrust of the Country or to the determent of Minority Religions. They may be removed from office by the Supreme Court. Any appointments to fill vacancies in Government well be made at the discretion of the President with only the Minority Parties Voting on the person to fill said vacancies of office. If the President is of the Minority party no vote is required.
