Teleworking is the best thing since sliced bread. Quite frankly, it increases the quality of life of your employees. They get to spend more time with their loved ones and take care of their own health.. It eases the parking lot of traffic we experience day in and day out. It makes it easier for us commuter bus and #metro bus drivers to do our job. #Emergency personnel are able to safely do their job without the throng of traffic. It reduces pollution and fuel consumption. It makes our District a safer place for tourist and other pedestrians and cyclist. I could go on... How about teleworking instead of #furloughs? You'd even be saving on your energy bills. So how about a 3 day telework/2 day commuting work week?? I promise you will get more from your employees.
