I would like to keep dangerous firearms out of young adult's hands who may be troubled. Making the age requirement 30 for all semi-automatic firearms will limit the sale of these serious weapons to those of us who have a history of being a good citizen. The chances of a young adult commiting these types of horrible acts are much higher than that of a mature adult. The few sick individuals who fall through the cracks and manage to purchase weapons are now limited to much less efficient weaponry. It is also common sense that people who live in rural areas should be allowed the use of a higher capacity magazine than those who live within city limits due to response times. I would like for there to be a 10 round magazine limit for city limits and a 30 round limit for residents of rural areas.
