Propose a 30% of gross income tax credit for parents and legal guardians, for their dependents that have been medically diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral palsy, Mental retardation, and other life-long disabilities. This credit will help offset the huge financial burden much needed to care for these children throughout their lives, effective immediately.
