We the people of the Lesbian / Gay / Bi / Transgender community wish to apply along the lines of the PREA act of 2012 to allow a 3rd spot for gender on a driver's license.

It would help with law enforcement in the uptake or processing of transgender persons. There is thousands and thousands of transgender individuals this would apply to. For many years the voices of trans-people has been ignored.
We feel this fits in your PREA act of 2012 that legally binds law enforcement to treat Gay / Lesbian / Bi / Transgender people with the same rights and respects.
