4th amendment rights being violated. TSA scanners and pat downs are invasive to our 4th amendment rights.

Created by K.E. on July 02, 2014

Our 4th amendment rights are being violated nationwide thanks to TSA scanners and invasive pat downs which violate our right to privacy.
TSA scanners and pat downs are the perfect examples of unreasonable search and seizures. Many Americans are sick and tired of feeling incriminated, please share this information so we can have pat down policies and TSA scanners banned.
"The right to privacy and security against unreasonable searches and seizures. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." 4th amendment
