50 thousand and NO Incentive

Created by H.R. on June 09, 2016

50 thousand is number of homeless veterans in the United States today. Veteran homelessness is caused by a number of issues, one of the larger being the lack of work force training while employed in the military. Currently business owners have no incentive to hire and train veterans that have no experience. Without a job to pay for living expenses these veterans end up homeless with nowhere to go. With more of an incentive for businesses to train veterans that lack work force training, 50 thousand can be reduced greatly. Although there are other issues surrounding veteran homelessness a lack of work force training is a large problem for most of these veterans. To give more incentive to businesses to hire and train veterans, is to give work force experience to the veterans that are in need.
