This country is in an emergency crisis situation with only 3.2 million jobs available, while there are 26 million unemployed Americans.
The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), signed into law in 1993, as well as normalized trade with China, GATT and CAFTA have allowed manufacturers to shut down factories in our nation and build them where labor is cheap and environmental conditions are often untenable.
This country needs to make things again! Free trade has bled jobs and undone the middle class, creating the unemployment emergency in this country.
