65 Year Old Drivers Test

That the age of 65 years old, all driving citizens should have to take a chaperoned drivers test to see if they are capable to drive to where they are safe to drive and not risk others lives and are required to take a health requirement test to make sure they can see, hear, have full control of there hands and feet.
