We ask that the 74 names of the service members be added to the incomplete Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC. These members lost their lives when the USS Frank Evans was struck on June 03, 1969. The families of these men have been fighting various government administration to have their loved ones recognized for their duty. Please sign the petition so that these courageous men who sacrificed their life can rest in peace and the families can find solace in knowing their lives were not taken in vain.
