We, civil servants, have continued to work extremely hard to carry our the mission of our great Nation. Year after year, Federal employees, are used as pawns citing possible furloughs and budget cuts. Our morale continues to fluctuates. We are tasked with doing more with less. Yet, we get our assigned jobs done well, most times, and expeditiously. Our pay is not comparable with private industry. However, we want to give back to our Country is a meaningful way to ensure lives and investments are safeguarded, and the environment is protected.
