This is an article from 2012. It sounds to me like one of the group of people most affected by the Affordable Care Act doesn't like it. I'm not a genius, but a large amount of doctors quitting doesn't sound like a good thing. I'm sure you knew about their opinions, so I want to know why the Affordable Care Act was a good idea.
