The 9/11 Memorial which is currently in New York City, New York will create the following upon passage of said law and petition; The 9/11 Memorial in New York City, New York will become a National Historical site & special District within The United States of America and require Special Real ID requirements to enter or visit above said site. The purpose is to make sure our national site is protected from unwarranted visits by those not entitled to visit. A special Real ID as those on currently issued United States Drivers Licenses will be accepted allow with U.S. Passports & ID Cards. U.S. Military Cards & DOD ID's will be accepted. Furthermore if a non U.S. Citizen or Resident is allowed access it will be granted in accordance with above said Real ID requirements.
