AAO Prosecutors will forever convene the Grand Jury for LEO. AAO Officers will patrol the streets to film officers intactions with the public and AAO Officers will review the footage from LEO lapel cameras.
This is a system of checks and balances. The AAO cannot charge citizens with crimes- The AAO holds LE accountable.
