Until definitive proof is obtained and presented to the public incriminating the Russian Federation of deliberate acts to destabilize the Ukrainian government, all plans of action are to immediately halt. No more "sanctions" should be imposed on Russian officials, as these acts of aggression from the US and EU are the stepping stones to more aggressive acts, as recent history has proved, Mr Obama, you don't need to bring us into a war with Russia.
