Our 2nd Amendment is to not be infringed. While there are bad people in this world, taking away any weapons will only disarm the public even more.
Why we need the Semi-Automatic Weapons:
We, The People of the United States of America, have a Constitutional Right..
1) to organize a well equipped militia system should the need ever arise.
2) to deter any form of tyrannical Government actions.
3) to repel any invasion of foreign countries
4) suppress insurrection
5) to facilitate a form of Self Defense that is equal to and/or greater than an enemy
This petition is a demand that the United States Congress & United States Government throw out any and all weapon ban requests.
